Research Advice
Subscription databases provide students with a constant stream of reliable information that can be searched, stored, and shared in a variety of ways. Before deciding which database to use read the database description information in this LibGuide by clicking on the subject tabs. For example, if you need information about a current event you would choose a current events database such as EBSCOhost or Student Research Center or Global Issues in Context. If you are doing research for a debate or controversial topic, choose Points of View. For a history project the ABC-CLIO subject specific databases will be helpful.
